Permitted Uses:

• Podcasts (monetized or non-monetized)
• Social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Personal creative projects
• Content monetization (ads, sponsorships, affiliate links)

Prohibited Uses:

You may not:

• Use for paid client work or commercial projects for businesses
• Use in broadcast television or radio
• Use in theatrical film releases
• Resell, redistribute, or share the music files
• Claim you created the music
• Use as part of any music library or competing service

Key Terms:

• Geographic Rights: Worldwide usage permitted
• Attribution: Not required (but appreciated!)
• Perpetual License: Content created while subscribed remains licensed forever, even after cancellation

Business License $125/song or $1,299/year

Permitted Uses:

You may use the licensed music for:

• Commercial advertisements (digital only - web, social media, streaming)
• Corporate videos and presentations

• Product demonstrations and promotional content
• All uses included in Individual License

Prohibited Uses:

You may not:

• Use in broadcast television or radio commercials
• Use in theatrical film releases
• Transfer or sublicense to other businesses
• Resell, redistribute, or share the music files
• Claim you created the music

License Scope:

• License granted to the purchasing business/organization only
• Non-transferable between businesses
• Multi-user access permitted within licensed organization
• Worldwide usage (digital distribution only)

Refund Policy

Individual Song Purchases:

All individual song purchases are final. No refunds are available for à la carte licenses ($10 Individual or $125 Business per song).

Subscription Purchases:

Refunds available within 30 days of purchase OR before 10 downloads (whichever comes first).

After 30 days or 10 downloads, subscription sales are final.

Renewal Refunds: First payment refundable within 30 days, subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
